United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in partnership with the Government of China, China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF) and Shanghai Municipal Government.
The Workshop is directed at ESCAP member states with a particular interest in implementing Goal 3 of the Incheon Strategy. The Workshop will bring together ICT and disability policy experts from Governments and civil
society organizations, advocates with disabilities, and technical specialists from the private sector.
The Workshop aims to enhance awareness of strategies for the provision and implementation of more accessible knowledge, information and and communication for all.
