Session overview:

ICT Industry leaders proactively support the implementation of the CRPD in matters of ICT accessibility. ICT industry representatives will share their perspectives on how their organizations can contribute to implement the ICT accessibility dispositions of the CRPD and discuss how policies and programs may foster new opportunities leveraging Public-Private partnerships.

  • Which opportunities and partnerships States Parties may leverage together with the private sector to promote R&D and usage of accessible and assistive technologies?
  • What are the most pressing challenges for ICT accessibility from an industry perspective?
