Marcella Deluca, Senior Research Fellow at the Leonard Cheshire Disability and Inclusive Development Centre and former key analyst of the OECD database in this area, will speak on the most recent data and findings and will discuss potential to inform policies and programming for improving access to education of these most marginalised children around the world.
