G3ict Leads the Global Forum Disability Sessions at FI2020

  • October 27, 2013 | Timing: 07:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Through an interactive networking and a "town hall" style discussion, disability and business leaders will be invited to share their experiences, discuss challenges, and speak about strategies or ideas that should be explored. Participants are encouraged to provide insights on the challenges they face when accessing financial services and adopting accessible solutions. This is a unique opportunity for Global Forum participants and disability leaders to have a candid discussion to gain a better understanding of what solutions may have a positive impact on inclusion.

  • October 28, 2013 | Timing: 08:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

An international panel comprised of distinguished subject matter experts and leaders will discuss the economic impact of inaccessible solutions, how it affects us all, and what is being done globally to close the accessibility gap. We will discuss how financial service providers, IT providers, and persons with disabilities can work together to achieve digital equality and gain a better understanding of how to increase accessibility in this particular area of financial soundness and stability.

If you are not a Global Forum participant and would like to attend one of these events, please email cfievents@accion.org.
