With accessible and assistive technology at the forefront of the mobile industry, the 2014 M-Enabling Summit will feature ground breaking solutions for mobile communications, applications and services with life changing implications for millions of users experiencing mild to severe visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Universally designed mobile technologies enable users of all abilities, including senior citizens, to use technology to live independently, work competitively and fully participate in society. “Participants in the 2014 M-Enabling Summit will unveil truly revolutionary applications and services for persons with disabilities,” said Axel Leblois, President and Executive Director of G3ict. “The speed of innovation in the electronics industry and the creativity of app developers and mobile service providers are clearly creating an entirely new competitive landscape for accessible mobile solutions.”

"CEA and the consumer technology industry have long been committed to supporting access to technology by seniors and persons with disabilities. We are thrilled to support the M-Enabling Summit and are proud to be a part of this important forum to promote the latest innovations in accessible products and services,” added Julie Kearney, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs.

The M-Enabling Summit brings together professionals, corporations, service organizations, and technology thought leaders for an all-inclusive conference and showcase focused on innovative solutions, mobile applications, and services for the growing market of seniors and users of all abilities.
