The 35th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) took place from 13-17 November in Geneva. Several studies on the limitations to copyright for certain actors such as persons with disabilities, educational institutions, and museums were presented to the committee and generated discussion.
