Besides the launch of Portuguese version of the report, the event also included a Workshop about the Implementation of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health – ICF and a demonstration of how the Lucy Montoro Rehabilitation Network is improving the life of people with disabilities throughout the country.

The overall goal of the three-day seminar, which was attended by approximately 700 people, was to promote the equalization of opportunities for persons with and without disabilities, in accordance with the principles established by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
