Francesca Cesa Bianchi, CPACC, is a founding member of G3ict and has served as its Board Secretary since its inception. As Vice President, she leads G3ict’s global institutional relations, corporate communications, and its policy and advocacy programs. She oversees the DARE Index, which benchmarks ICT accessibility progress for persons with disabilities worldwide. Francesca directs the agenda of the M‑Enabling Summit and helped expand its international editions. Her earlier career spans journalism, election observation, international visitor programs, and UN‑affiliated training initiatives. She holds advanced degrees in communication and international relations.
