Mohammed Ali Loutfy, Ph.D., CPACC, is an international development professional specializing in the inclusion of persons with disabilities across global development programs. Since 2019, he has served as the Representative of Disabled People’s International (DPI) at the United Nations, where he co‑chairs the Stakeholder Group of Persons with Disabilities for the High‑Level Political Forum on the Sustainable Development Goals. Mohammed previously served as Executive Director of the Arab Forum for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, leading strategic planning, partnership development, and policy initiatives across the region.
