New York (January 05, 2026) —

Marking 20 Years of Global Commitment to Inclusive ICT.

For two decades, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and G3ict have advanced a shared global mission: ensuring that everyone, everywhere, can fully participate in the digital world. This milestone recognizes the visionaries, advocates, policymakers, technologists, and community leaders who transformed accessibility from aspiration to actionable global standards.

It also celebrates the measurable progress made across countries, industries, and sectors in embedding inclusive ICT into policy, practice, and innovation.

As we mark this anniversary, we reaffirm a collective commitment to digital inclusion as a fundamental human right—and recognize the work still ahead. The next decade calls for renewed leadership, stronger partnerships, and bold innovation to ensure that accessible technology continues to evolve with the needs of all people.

United in purpose and action, we look forward to shaping a future where digital accessibility is universal, sustainable, and transformative.
