Highlighting China’s Accessibility Work in 2018

In 2018, with the development of many high-tech such as artificial intelligence and Internet of Things, information accessibility has gradually begun to upgrade to “technical barrier-free”, and technology has been used to minimize the difficulty of obtaining information for obstacle groups.
The China Information Accessibility Product Alliance (CAPA) Secretariat Information Accessibility Research Association invited the relevant government guidance units and members of the alliances such as Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, Microsoft (China) and China Ping An to vote collectively. The "Top Ten Progresses in Information Accessibility in China in 2018" inventory aims to convey the major progress in information accessibility of various industries through the top ten progress, in no particular order.
