Public transit is one of the most crucial ways of people who are blind or visually impaired to travel from one place to another. Now, with the new collaboration between Moovit and RightHear, the journey becomes even more accessible like never before.

By integrating Moovit inside of RightHear, we effectively allow Moovit users who are blind or visually impaired to enjoy the powerful data that Moovit has to offer. This includes guiding the users – easily – to the right place, reducing frustration along the way, instructions for departing the bus at the destination – and, more.

Now, when RightHear users choose a destination from the Nearby Locations list in the app, they will be able to create their journey with Moovit in no time. The destination and origin of the user will automatically be injected into Moovit and from that point, the best routes will be generated and displayed for the user to choose.
