Valuable 500 Launches White Paper: ‘ESG and Disability Data: A call for inclusive reporting’ at the World Economic Forum 2023

Despite all of the progress specific to disability inclusion, we see tremendous variability in the integrity of data used to verify these efforts and their associated impact. Without standardized, publicly disclosed data, it is nearly impossible for investors and other stakeholders to make effective use of the information. Disability inclusion can only become a priority for companies and their stakeholders when there is greater visibility of the current state of affairs. This report encourages the leaders of the Valuable 500 companies to adopt and disclose against 5 KPIs which will create a consistent and comparable baseline from which to measure progress on disability inclusion.
