G3ict advanced its global advocacy mission during the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly’s High-Level Week, participating in two flagship events focused on inclusive digital transformation.

On September 22, Francesca Cesa Bianchi, G3ict Vice President, and Dr. Mohammed Loutfy, Director of Advocacy, joined United Nations Digital Cooperation Day 2025, hosted by the Office of Digital and Emerging Technologies (UN ODET). Marking the first anniversary of the Global Digital Compact, the event convened leaders from government, industry, civil society, and academia to address global priorities across fourteen sessions. Topics included responsible and interoperable AI governance, inclusive digital economies, data protection and human rights, digital public infrastructure, local implementation of the Compact, and the role of technology in advancing sustainable development and climate goals.

On September 23, Francesca Cesa Bianchi participated in Digit’All, the anchor event of Digital @ UNGA 2025, co-hosted by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The gathering brought together global leaders, innovators, youth, and civil society to explore how digital technologies can be harnessed to promote inclusive development, prosperity, and human rights.
