2020 Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) Biennial Report

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) submitted its fifth biennial report to Congress, as required by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 on October 6, 2020. The Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) aims to ensure that persons with disabilities are able to fully utilize emerging communications services and equipment and better access video programming. The 2020 CVAA Biennial Report examines the accessibility of telecommunications and advanced communications services and equipment over the past two years.
